Almost three months to the day their initial search was announced, the Vancouver Whitecaps appear to have found their man.

It’s expected the Major League Soccer team will announce the hiring of Axel Schuster as their new sporting director, giving the team their first SD since Tommy Soehn held the role in the inaugural season.
